There is no save-and-resume. If you close the tab or navigate away, your answers are lost. Each page also expires after about 2 hours of inactivity. If either happens you will have to start the assessment over from the beginning. Please begin only when you have uninterrupted time.

It is deliberately long. Depth is what makes the debrief worth having; this is not a quiz.

Sections use different response scales, because several are established instruments administered in their original published form. A short note at the top of each section tells you which scale you are on - please read those notes.

Answer as you actually are, not as you think you should be. There are no right answers, and nothing here is scored as good or bad.

This instrument is in validation. It is not a validated instrument, and no reliability or validity claims are made for it. It is developmental only - it must never be used for selection, promotion, or any adverse employment decision. It does not diagnose anything, and it does not assign you an archetype; you identify your own situation below.
